About the Role We are seeking skilled Concrete Specialists to contribute to significant commercial projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping structures through precise formwork and concrete application. Your expertise in blueprint reading and commitment to safety will ensure project success and lasting quality.Responsibilities • Construct and disassemble concrete forms, ensuring accuracy and stability. • Expertly place, spread, and finish concrete using a variety of hand and power tools to achieve specified textures and finishes. • Interpret and apply blueprints and technical drawings to guide formwork and concrete placement. • Uphold project specifications and stringent safety standards to guarantee structural integrity and a safe working environment. • Collaborate effectively within a team to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to formwork or concrete placement, minimizing delays and ensuring quality.QualificationsRequired Skills • Demonstrated experience in concrete form setting or finishing, preferably within commercial projects. • Possession of your own set of essential tools for concrete work. • Consistent reliability and a strong work ethic. • Ability to perform in diverse outdoor conditions.Preferred Skills • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. • Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
