Concrete Repair Worker

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliableConcrete & Masonry Repair Technicianto join our team for garage structural repair and restoration projects in compliance withNYC Local Law 126. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete patching, masonry work, waterproofing, and structural repairs, with an emphasis on parking garage maintenance and restoration. Key Responsibilities: • Perform structural concrete repairs, crack injections, and surface restoration • Repoint and repair brick, block, and CMU masonry structures • Install expansion joints, sealants, and waterproofing systems • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to cut, chip, mix, and finish concrete and mortar • Assist in preparing job sites and setting up formwork and reinforcement • Work closely with engineers and supervisors to execute structural repair plans • Ensure all repairs meet building codes and Local Law 126 requirements • Maintain clean and safe work environments at all times • Document work performed and report daily progress to supervisors Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete or masonry repair (garage/structural work preferred) • Familiarity with Local Law 126 compliance is a plus • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and repair details • Comfortable working in garages, basements, and elevated or confined spaces • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions • OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with garage restoration, structural underpinning, and epoxy/grout injection • Knowledge of waterproofing membranes and concrete coatings • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Professional development assistance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
