Concrete Worker

We are looking for reliable Concrete Foreman with strong work ethic, in Dallas, TX. Good opportunity to be part of a great team. We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Foreman with cast-in-place form setting expertise to oversee and lead our structural concrete projects. Per diem available for travel (if assigned 70+ miles from home) Job Responsibilities · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accurate form setting. · Plan and execute daily on-site operations, ensuring efficient and precise concrete work. · Lead and supervise a crew, delegating tasks to maintain productivity and quality. · Ensure proper placement of reinforcing steel, concrete pours, and finishing operations. · Oversee job site safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. · Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to formwork, concrete placement, and site operations. · Maintain daily paperwork such as timecards, field reports, and job diaries. · Keep strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
