Condultor SAP FI Sênior

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Consultor SAP FI Sênior in Brazil.

This role is part of a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative focused on implementing new companies and strengthening end-to-end financial processes within complex enterprise environments. You will act as a key functional consultant, bridging business and technology to ensure robust, scalable, and best-practice financial solutions. The position involves leading workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into SAP FI configurations aligned with global standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency. The environment is highly collaborative and project-driven, requiring strong analytical thinking and hands-on SAP expertise. It is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programs with direct impact on financial operations and system architecture.

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and functional workshops with business stakeholders, defining SAP FI solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Configure and customize SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Support system integrations between SAP FI and other modules such as MM and SD, ensuring end-to-end process alignment.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to support development and enhancements.
• Participate in data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with implementation standards.
• Execute integrated testing, support go-live activities, and provide post-go-live stabilization support.
• Act as a functional advisor to business users, supporting solution design, issue resolution, and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior SAP FI Consultant with strong background in SAP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Universal Journal and Fiori applications.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI configuration across GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting modules.
• Experience with data migration processes and large-scale SAP transformation or rollout projects.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP FI and MM/SD modules in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Familiarity with tools such as LSMW and SM30, and ability to read and understand ABAP code (desirable).
• Strong communication, consulting mindset, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
