Role Objective:

As a Conference Services Manager, you'll manage and execute group assignments, ensuring all contractual agreements are met. You'll be the key communicator between clients and hotel departments, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Room Block Management: Monitor and adjust room blocks to maximize hotel revenue.
• Contract Review: Validate sales contracts and important details with clients.
• Event Coordination: Produce and distribute convention resumes and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues.
• Site Visits: Participate in site visits and plan meetings for upcoming groups.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
