We currently have an opportunity for an onsite Video Conferencing Specialist to support a global network environment.Β At least 3 yearsβ Global Financial Services, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain in-house Audio-Visual Equipment
- Execute live webcasts, C-Suite global town halls, network broadcast & interviews, and client events
- Troubleshoot technical issues minimizing event impact
- Support multiple projects - ensuring timely delivery and exceptional execution
- Introduce new tools and techniques to elevate audience experiences and enhance visual storytelling.

Skills required:
- Must have experience with video conferencing tools: Cisco Telepresence, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Experience with live streaming/virtual events as well as physical events
- Experience with production tools and technologies such as: Audio & Lighting, AV Systems, Digital Sound Processing, Biamp, Crestron, TriCaster Video Switcher, Pre & Post Video Production, Staging Understanding of security and data privacy standards
- Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
- Candidate must have a flexible personal schedule in order to service clients throughout the business day and be available for after hours service as necessary
This position is on-site 5 days a week.
