Job Description:

Purpose and Responsibilities

The Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring our highly customizable SAAS platforms to meet client needs. The objective is to configure programs, based on client standards and expectations, so the platform delivers ROI and value. This is achieved through leveraging analytical and deductive problem-solving skills to write rule-based equations to address a variety of situations and scenarios.

Critical Job Duties:

• Assess a series of client provided guidelines and translate that to equations that feed a rules engine in our SAAS platforms.
• Participate in client meetings and answer system related questions, provide feedback on program functions and effectiveness.
• Execute on internal processes for quality configurations, client onboarding, and ongoing program maintenance and management
• Work with client and workstream leaders and other project participants on implementation and triage plans, including key deliverables, and final go-live dates

Job Qualifications:

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach and should possess a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to balance multiple projects, with changing priorities, in a highly collaborative agile environment is imperative.

• BS Degree or 2-4 years of related work experience desired
• Work well as a team within their own team and other teams at CoreLogic
• Good work ethic
• Well organized
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

Skills required for this position

• Excellent time management skills and ability to progress projects to completion independently
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with database structure, and exposure to software development concepts
• Knowledge of XML & SQL strongly desired
• Candidates with Business or STEM majors typically excel in the position
• Basic construction / roofing knowledge and/or property estimating software knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Programming/Scripting knowledge (JSON or C#) is a plus, but not required.

54,000 - 65,000 USD
