We’re looking for a Problem-Solving Configuration Analyst. Is it you?
As a Configuration Analyst II you will maintain direct ownership of technical deliverables for new and existing customers. Your main responsibility is to configure all of the content that shows in our web & app-based platforms. As a Configuration Analyst II you will configure, test, and load all requests through Evive’s internal tooling. You will also work on all configuration-related tasks during new client implementation alongside your team members.

- Maintain direct ownership of technical deliverables for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal customer teams to understand project scope, pinpoint areas of risk, and define the technical requirements for achieving customer goals.
- Test and ensure the functionality of the configuration on our platform.
- Participate in user acceptance testing efforts and respond quickly to issues that arise during testing.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and exceed client goals.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes that minimize errors and promote scalability.
- Respond to client demands, as well as internal requirements, while identifying and balancing competing priorities.
- Understand and apply all Evive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- All other duties as assigned.
You bring a lot to the table.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Computer Science or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience working in system/project management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, or Mavenlink).
- Knowledge or ability to quickly learn Visual Studio Code.
- A keen eye for detail and layout consistency in data and writing.
- Knowledge of the benefits industry or health care space.
- Strong ability to understand complex logic.
- Technical background preferred but not mandatory.
