Connected Drive, Team Leader (Night)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated team leader to join our Connected Drive Services. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of talented agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing coaching and feedback, and implementing strategies to improve overall team productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

Some of your main functions will be: (not limited to)

1. Distribute and assign tasks to a team of International agents
2. Continuous team monitoring through telephone tapping, reports’
3. reviews, statistics.
4. Attend individual and group team meetings and correcting deviations.
5. Prepare reports and necessary documentation for the supervision (checkpoints, monitoring, individual statistics, productivity reports)
6. Team leadership, development coaching and motivation.
7. Develop administrative tasks as a result of your management (staff absenteeism, activities validation, control times)
8. Detecting and evaluating service needs taking also an active part in continuous improvement meetings.
9. Support growth for local team, together with service supervisor. (Management, Technical Implementations, Recruiting, labor discipline, and other topics)
10. Coordinate activities with teams in other SO locations.
11. Be an ambassador of the Bosch culture, promoting our unique history (rooted in 1886!), mission, vision, and values, and actively promoting diversity, compliance, impact:experience and other Bosch global initiatives.

Desired requirements:

1. Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
2. Ability to multi-task with limited resources and manage multiple competing priorities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proactive and self- driven.
4. Candidates must have at least six months experience in Bosch SO.
5. In-Deep expert level knowledge of Connected Drive Services is required.
6. Working hours per week are 39 hours per week in the night shift. This position might require working on weekends.
7. Fluency in English is required.
8. Fluency in any other European Languages will be a big plus.
9. Command of Computer Tools, including MS Office..
