Your Opportunity: This position is for a seasoned professional in Program Management with experience in IoT-connected products. You will work independently, lead small/medium programs, analyzes data, recommend resolutions for program problems, and provide updates to Kidde leadership.
- Leads work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall objectives
- Drive accountability and enroll the team in the execution of our business objectives
- Review options, identify potential solutions, and propose a resolution to project risk to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to understand the strategic intent and work with our development teams to support the business scope
- Utilizing Risk Management, you equip your team for known issues with potential parallel paths to allow them to address unknown risks in a way that does not impact our time to market
- Work directly with the digital development teams for the integration of IoT features into existing and new products
- Will lead multiple programs, projects, or a combination of both simultaneously
- Track and manage project budgets
- Lead key milestone deliverables and phase gate reviews
- Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
- Identify process gaps, solutions to those gaps, and support process improvement
- Able to communicate effectively to senior/executive leadership
- Ability to travel up to 30%

Your Experience and Our Expectations:
- Must have at least five years experience in a project management role and two years working on IoT product
- Must show successful program and project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously
- Must have cross-functional leadership experience in a matrix environment
- Must have experience in IoT-focused product manufacturing
- Experience with consumer products manufacturing as a program/project manager preferred
- Experience working with domestic and global manufacturing
- Experience working with digital development teams
- Experience working with globally distributed and diverse project teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management
- PMP Certification, CSM, or other Scrum experience is beneficial
