ManTech is seeking a Connection Approval Analyst Lead to provide JWICS technology evolution installation leadership and support at remote field and sites and to fulfill TS/SCI WAN Connection Approval Process (CAP) for entities seeking new connections as well as current connections up for renewal for an IC customer. Location is San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support installation and/or upgrades for an entire remote site along with team members with demanding customers in forward deployed locations
• Coordinate requirements to assemble, prepare for travel, maintain equipment for install, and execute site visits to complete WAN network upgrades or installations
• Supervise team members while completing upgrade or install activities to satisfy mission objectives
• Coordinate with customers to accomplish CAP activities
• Collect and maintain detailed system diagrams for each install package that provides the program visibility into all connections behind the network and customer
• Perform server and desktop installation, basic cabling
• Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks
• Provide desktop system management involving account monitoring, security, operating system (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions
• Complete all required pre-deployment and training requirements to remain in deployable status to conduct CAP activities worldwide; attend required appointments for medical, dental, visa, customer training and any other-directed events
• Travel will be required (CONUS and OCONUS)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Possess DoD 8570.01-M, CSSP-IS (CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND) certification - if certification does not exist, willing to obtain one prior to contract start
• Experience navigating the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and associated NIST SP 800-series security controls and IC IT Systems Security Risk Management practices (ICD 503) practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with various levels of senior management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with COTS technologies used in a Cybersecurity Engineering environment
• Experience in Cybersecurity techniques and Network Analysis

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Current TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with SCI eligibility) with a Polygraph or ability to obtain a Polygraph before starting employment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
