Job Summary

Carolina Handling is actively seeking qualified Outside Parts Customer Service Representative (Consignment Development Representative) candidates for the Parts Department. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide product support and sales for the Parts Department and Customer Care Manager (CCM) resulting in higher sales volume and gross profit for the company, while striving for 100% customer satisfaction, retention, and value. Act as the liaison between the Company, CCM, the customer, and the manufacturer.

Skills and qualifications needed include:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree in marketing or business degree a plus.
Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, including ability to read, analyze and interpret technical information and write reports.
Must possess good sales ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, solve problems and close sales.
Exceptional Customer Service Experience
Previous Warehouse or Industrial Experience Preferred
Solid Account Management Skills
Exceptional Problem Solving and Follow-Up Ability
Strong Verbal, Written and Listening Communication Skills
Self-Motivated; High Sense of Urgency
High Attention to Detail, Time Management and Organizational Skills
Team Player
Professional Demeanor and Appearance
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) Irium
Ability to travel daily based on customer needs; Overnight travel occasionally
