Job Description

Objective:

The Consolidation Coordinator role is an integral position at the hub of all Marketplace revenue generation projects, in a fast paced and start up environment. This role will primarily assist the Head of Marketplace and Producing Brokers with onboarding of new retail agents, and development and implementation of book consolidation and cross sell efforts, as well as bulk quoting projects to generate new revenue. In addition, this role will provide general project management, reporting assistance and support for other special projects.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Run internal reporting (Epic, Ennabl, Excel) and coordinate with carrier partners for production reporting.
  • Coordinate new agency retail partners onboarding which may involve gathering agency data, scheduling training, running book consolidation reports, and coordinating bulk quoting projects.
  • Coordinate management of book consolidations which may include conversation with carrier partners, technology vendors, emailing proposals and following up with retail agents, tracking progress and success.
  • Assist and coordinate with marketing in building presentation materials.
  • Office support duties to assist Production staff to include:
    • Researching prospect details.
    • Transferring application data into quoting system.
    • Schedule carrier meetings and maintain carrier logins.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for internal staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all duties assigned by Manager.
  • Maintain expense reporting as necessary.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education - High School graduate/GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative, account coordinator, account assistant or project management experience preferably in the insurance industry. P&C licensed preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple assignments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and oral.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Must embody the Heffernan Habits as referenced herein.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
