Mission

Rolls out the training policy by ensuring the development of employees' skills and the transmission of knowledge within the Group.

Main Responsibilities

• Designs the Training plan and programs : advises managers and employees about their training needs identifies and anticipates changes in business
• Implements the Training Plan and guarantees its execution : ensures the organization of training actions re-adapts the plan according to the context develops training courses curriculum or materials and delivers and evaluates trainings sessions. Coordinates guest trainers or subject matters experts (SMEs)
• Manages relations with professional and institutional training partners : watches the market for training service providers (digital face-to-face etc.) selects organizations that meet training requirements etc.
• Monitors the training plan budget : seeks out and optimizes funding from collecting organizations ensures the reliability of computerized training data ensures reporting etc.
• Implements the skills management and development policy
• If management : recruits manages organizes supports and trains his/her team.

Profile

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
