Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks that support the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Responsibilities • Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. • Perform door hanging and cabinet installation with precision and care. • Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. • Engage in frame carpentry, drywall installation, and fabrication as needed. • Collaborate with team members to complete electrical work and other specialized tasks. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred. • Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely. • Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management is a plus. • Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Skills in electrical work, welding, cabinet installation, frame carpentry, drywall installation, and fabrication are highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. • A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.
