Construction Laborer

Job Description: As a Laborer, you'll support carpenters and project managers with daily tasks, ensuring the job site remains organized, safe, and efficient. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone seeking to contribute to ongoing projects and grow their skills in the construction field. Responsibilities: • Load and unload materials and tools • Maintain clean and safe job sites • Perform trash runs and other site maintenance tasks • Follow directions from lead carpenters and supervisors • Assist with material runs and various on-site duties as assigned Qualifications: • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Reliable transportation • Clean driving record • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally and perform physical labor in various weather conditions • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for training and advancement • Supportive team environment • 4/10 work week (Monday - Thursday) • Steady, year-round work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
