Construction Laborer

MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION SKILLS Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople, contributing to the successful execution of construction activities while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various construction tasks. • Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to assist in construction activities. • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks. • Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required. • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance. • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Skills • Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Sheetrock Skills • Painting Skills • Hand tools Skills • Demo Skills • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work. • Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required.
