Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment. • Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. • Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. • Light plumbing knowledge a plus or pool background experience.
