Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks such as electrical installation. • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise. • Perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials, digging, and carrying supplies as needed. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting. • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks. • Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work challenges.
