Construction Laborer – Healthcare Facilities & Renovations Location:Lower Westchester & Bronx, NY Job Type:Full-time / Part-time Compensation:Based on experience and availability (open for discussion) About the Role We are seeking a dependable and safety-consciousConstruction Laborerto join our team. The position involves supporting interior fit-out and renovation projects within healthcare facilities, as well as performing exterior site cleanup and general labor duties. Job sitesvary and are primarily located in Lower Westchester and the Bronx. The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking, and capable of following direction with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills in English are required; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Responsibilities • Assist skilled tradespeople with interior renovation work, including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and finishes. • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including material handling and debris removal. • Support setup and breakdown of job sites, tools, and equipment. • Follow all company and OSHA safety standards, especially within active healthcare environments. • Perform general construction labor and assist supervisors as needed. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction, renovation, or healthcare facility work preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. • Must be punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. • Must speak and understand English; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
