Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials. • Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents. • Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and drywall. • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required. • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately. • A valid driver's license is beneficial for transportation purposes but not mandatory.
