Construction Laborer – Residential

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of construction projects. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. • Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors. • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. • Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. • Adhere to project plans and specifications while executing tasks. Qualifications • Experience with sheetrock and painting • Able to jump in on other tasks: framing, flooring, trim, doors, windows, etc. • Show up on time, ready to work • Work well with others and follow directions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • On-the-job training • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
