We partner with award-winning architects and designers to deliver notable projects for discriminating clients in Austin's most prestigious neighborhoods. Job Summary:In this role, you will aid the Risher Martin Project Managers to promote the safety, cleanliness, and organization of each construction site. You will demonstrate integrity and professionalism when working on Risher Martin projects and interacting with clients. Must pass a background check. Job Responsibilities: • Monitoring jobsite cleanliness • Sweeping • Shop-Vac • Exterior trash pickup • General cleaning • Minor landscaping duties • Miscellaneous site protection when needed, including cardboard, plywood, taping • Stocking trips for materials Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Pass a background check • Clean driving record • Sturdy clothing including footwear, gloves, long pants, etc. • Ability to lift 60 lbs Additional Notes: • Hours needed will vary, approximately 30-40 hours per week.
