Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites • Load and unload materials and equipment • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople • Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations Qualifications • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Join us in building a better future through your hard work and dedication!
