Construction Laborer/Apprentice

Job Overview
We are seeking a person will to get dirty and do the day to day small things that keep the business running that often get overlooked. The ideal candidate will possess strong detail oriented abilities, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to learn and invest in their own future and skill set. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Duties
• Jobsite clean up daily
• assisting lead members of the crew in daily tasks
• material runs
• learning, retaining, and applying as much as possible
Experience
• must have transportation
• basic tools are a plus
• prior construction experience 1-5years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
