Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate on-site activities for high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
• Proven experience on 15+ years in managing high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
