Construction Project Manager [10+Years Experiance required]

```Duties:``` - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met - Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics - Coordinate and communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements - Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality of workmanship - Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors ```Requirements:``` - Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role - Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid - Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices - Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and schematics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects - Time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
