Construction Project Manager
Job Description
• Manage all phases of large-scale tilt-wall, aviation, and distribution center projects from pre-construction through closeout.
•
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
•
Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety compliance.
•
Lead regular site meetings and communicate progress and issues to senior management and clients.
•
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects moving smoothly.
•
Ensure adherence to contract documents, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
•
Manage project documentation, including reports, RFIs, and change orders.
•
Travel nationally to project sites as required.
