Construction Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, someone with a strong background in construction who can excel in both project execution and client communication. The ideal candidate should have the proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish. You will be joining a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of each project. Responsibilities • Oversee interior apartment renovations from start to finish • Build scopes of work for each project • Coordinate closely with project coordinators and subcontractors • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (Typically 1-2) • Ensure compliance with condo and co-op alteration agreements • Maintain project timeline and budgets • Visit/remain on project sites primarily in Manhattan Qualifications • 5+ years experience as a project manager in interior design or construction • Background in interior apartment renovations • Familiarity with condo and co-op renovation processes ad alteration agreements • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Ability to oversee all phases of a project independently Job Type - Full-Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
