Construction Project Manager

Golden View Renovation is a company with individuals who are experts in their fields of interior design, architectural planning, construction, and field management. We are a fast-growing construction company in the Bay Area looking to hire a new Project Manager. It is an exciting position with a lot of opportunities to grow your knowledge, experience, and monthly income. Position Description: The Project Manager's tasks include but are not limited to managing several job sites at a time, working side by side with additional project managers, and ensuring production stays on schedule. Position requirements: • 3-5 years experience in residential project management • High level of knowledge of the residential construction codes • 3-5 years of experience working directly with clients and performing a high level of customer service and customer leadership • Driver license and the ability to move between multiple job sites and to supervise and manage the work in the field • speaking fluent English (Spanish is a plus, but not required) • using your car to drive between jobs Job details • working 5 days a week • $84k-$110k yearly salary • super exciting position with a lot of opportunities to grow your knowledge, experience, and monthly income • reimbursement per mile accordingly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $84,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Experience: • Residential construction: 3 years (Required) • Construction management: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • San Jose, CA 95131 (Required) Work Location: In person
