We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, time management, schematics, and blueprint reading.Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects from start to finish- Develop project schedules and timelines- Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on time- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members- Review and approve project designs and plans- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management- Strong knowledge of contract management, time management, schematics, and blueprint reading- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- Comprehensive health insurance package including medical, dental, and vision coverage- 401(k) retirement plan with company match- Paid time off including vacation, sick days, and holidaysIf you meet the qualifications listed above and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
