Construction Project Manager (Data Centers)

As aTraveling Construction Project Manager, you will lead the on-site execution of data center projects across multiple locations in the U.S. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction planning through commissioning — while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. Responsibilities • Manage all phases of data center construction projects across different U.S. locations • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives • Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on-site • Track and manage schedules, budgets, and resources • Lead weekly site meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders • Assist with procurement, change orders, and document control • Collaborate closely with commissioning and MEP teams to ensure technical accuracy Requirements • 5+ years of construction project management experience, withrecent data center or mission-critical facility experience • Willingness to travel full-time to project sites across the country • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades on complex technical builds • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
