Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and inventory checks throughout the duration of the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site. Requirements • Ground up or remodel multi-family, hospitality, data center, high rise, healthcare, light industrial, retail, or commercial project experience. • Wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience. • Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
