Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and Self Motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and project management principles. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure project success. Duties β€’ Project Oversight:Plan, execute, monitor, control the budget, collect payments, and close out projects. β€’ Daily Inspections:Conduct routine visits and inspections to assigned projects. β€’ Client Interaction:Meet with homeowners to set clear project expectations, answer questions, and communicate project status. β€’ Quality Control:Ensure installation quality and accuracy, provide installation support, and perform job site visits and quality checks. β€’ Documentation:Track project progress, document tasks, execute field change orders, and ensure proper documentation in the CRM system. β€’ Payment Collection:Collect payments from homeowners and coordinate with accounting. β€’ Team Coordination:Work with installation crews, sales consultants, and scheduling coordinators to ensure project timelines and quality. β€’ Training and Support:Maintain ongoing training for installers, attend weekly production meetings, and provide input to management. β€’ Modifying change orders β€’ Input all invoices in paperless for Project Managers’ approval β€’ Pick up Missing Materials β€’ Experience β€’ Proven experience in construction management or a related field is required. β€’ Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools is essential. β€’ Proficiency in using construction management software such as Monday.com β€’ Strong understanding of blueprint reading and the ability to interpret schematics effectively. β€’ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is crucial. β€’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
