Construction Project Manager

JOB DUTIES: • Oversee and manage construction projects (design reviews, scheduling, stakeholder coordination). • Collaborate with developers, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project compliance. • Monitor performance and resolve construction issues with stakeholders. • Analyze data related to high-profile public/private development projects. • Conduct market research and stay current with real estate industry trends. • Maintain detailed records, reports, meeting notes, and filing systems. • Prepare and edit correspondence for internal and external communication. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or planning. • 10+ years of experience in construction project management or related fields. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced preferred), Office Suite, Adobe, Google Workspace. • Experience with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, BIM 360). • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of permitting, plan review, construction contracts, and blueprint reading. • Experience working in a global company preferred. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate construction sites. ***Please submit your application with a 1–2 page resume.
