Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn on the job. Responsibilities • Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. • Perform general labor duties such as digging trenches, lifting heavy materials, and cleaning job sites. • Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. • Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on the job site. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Experience • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. • A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
