RevGen hires highly motivated Consultants with consulting experience who will work collaboratively with client team members to address critical business issues in data, technology, and management consulting. With a diverse client base, Senior Consultants will focus on analysis, design, and development of solutions while ensuring deliverables meet client satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
- Work directly with clients, managers and other consultants to understand project needs, timelines, and goals
- Summarize and present results internally and externally to client audiences
- Able to work on a project from inception to completion
- Understand business requirements to develop and refine functional requirements
- Work with teams to implement new processes and operations
- Provide analysis, design, testing, and/or implementation on business process improvement initiatives
- Lead workstream(s) independently
- Assist with minimizing project risks; ensure all functional risks are quantified and addressed
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and maintained
Desired Experience:
- 2+ years of business and/or IT project management, data analysis, or engineering experience
- Fundamental knowledge and ability to understand technology, information systems, data, and business processes
- Experience in consulting or professional services
 Requisite Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to multi-task and highly motivated
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop productive business relationships with internal team members through cooperation, courtesy, and professionalism
- Ability to play an integral part in project delivery given tight constraints and uncompromising quality
- Motivated to identify and develop solutions and diplomatically communicate across teams
Education, Training & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred, Master’s degree a plus
Compensation and BenefitsÂ
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, RevGen offers a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by years of experience, specialized skill sets, and unique qualifications.  For the state of Colorado only, the range of base salary pay for this title is $80,000-$95,000.
In addition to base salary RevGen provides a discretionary bonus for performance. Amounts are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.  The target for this title is 4%.  Â
