We'd Love to See:
Consultants for Chicago, IL location. Perform analysis on new, emerging data assets and provide support for data assets hosted in state-of-the-art data analytics environment. Research and identify market changes and data assets that will enhance globally diversified product lines, revenue and profitability. Improve, standardize and automate data evaluation methodology. Take ownership of data that underpins data research and model development. Evaluate and measure the quality and coverage of data assets (internal and external) and seek to derive new business insights from the data assets to support new product development. Summarize and present the analysis results and identify, research and develop solutions to improve data quality and consumer matching. Responsible for security and movement of data assets in and out of data analysis platforms (both on premise and cloud). Technical environment: advanced SQL queries; Tableau; Ab Initio; Data mapping, Transformation, and Loading; graph implementation using Data, Component, pipeline parallelism and MFS techniques; Linux; R; data manipulation, visualization, and modeling; Hadoop; Spark; Hive; AWS; Redshift; EMR; Snowflake.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, or related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or in consumer data analytics required. Required Skills: advanced SQL queries; Tableau; Ab Initio; Data mapping, Transformation and Loading; graph implementation using Data, Component, pipeline parallelism and MFS techniques; Linux; R; data manipulation, visualization, and modeling; Hadoop; Spark; Hive; AWS; Redshift; EMR; Snowflake. Background check required. Some telecommuting permitted.
