As our Consultant Agile Project Manager, you are responsible for supporting our team building as part of our Wealth Management Data Management team. As a member of the team, you will be an integral part of our nimble and agile cross-functional Data Strategy & Governance department. • Helping to define and execute the strategies and plans for data management to meet the vast pent-up demand of our business
• Supporting the team to help them achieve their best
• Supporting efforts to improve the maturity of data driven decision making, and bring actionable insightsto our business
• Contributing to efforts with the pmo team to enhance Agile practices

Consultant Agile Project Manager Role: The Consultant Agile Project Manager role facilitates planning, tracking, communication and coordination of activities for the Data Management business and technology initiatives. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile project delivery teams continued build out of centralized data solutions using scrum for optimized data integrity supporting our Wealth Management clients. This role requires solid practical experience and techniques in both Agile and project management. The role includes collaborating intensively with their team members across both Business and Technology disciplines providing mentoring and coaching around Agile principles and practices directly with scrum teams and Agile project manager peers. He/she aids with the resolution of blocking challenges and provides outward communication for the team to external stakeholders.

Experience Level:• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required. Greater than 4 years' experience in project management and 3 years as an Agile scrum master required.

Qualifications:

• Experience developing and executing plans and roadmaps, developing and delivering status reports, meeting deadlines, coordinating timelines and efforts and operating under tight time constraints.
• Advanced interpersonal skills, with ability to establish strong working relationships and promote bi-directional communication within and across multiple business and technology teams.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of basic software development methodologies and fundamentals (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, etc.).
• Ability to organize, moderate and demonstrate value-add principles and practices to the teams, with emphasis on leveraging Agile benefits, facilitating continuous improvement and enabling teams to be self-empowered
• Understanding all facets of the software development life cycles including: planning,
  backlog refinement, story elaboration, development, quality assurance, change management and release management.
• Experience in leading configuring, developing, testing and deploying software efforts utilizing a
  rapid, iterative delivery method.
• Exposure or awareness of continuous integration and test-driven development practices, test automation and tools.
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to balance workload between scrum master and project management responsibilities

Major Duties:

• Manages all phases of building data management solutions from concept through implementation and maintenance.
• Supports product owner(s) and development leads in defining and execution of the
  team's strategy and roadmap
• Serves as scrum master in organizing and facilitating team's scrum practices, including coaching
  scrum team members for enhanced deliverables and process optimization
• Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects
• Defines phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules role sand resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans
• Assigns resources and tasks, manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Facilitates optimal set up and use of supporting Agile tools
• Facilitates workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions

• Develops and grows trust across the project team(s), business and technology.
• Collaborates with stakeholder business, Infrastructure and application teams to determine best
  methods to meet project objectives
• Collaborates with program management office team to optimize and apply consistent project
  management and agile practices across teams
