IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leverage IBM’s digital commerce and methodology to help our clients for project delivery
• Participate and present solutions to various level of stakeholders of clients.
• Develop or evaluate operation capabilities such as process organization IT on where/how clients should invest their digital transformation today and tomorrow to drive revenue growth or optimize costs to improve operation efficiency.
• Leverage ecosystem partners to improve clients’ operation efficiency.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Functional knowledge – SAP CRM
• Industry experience of Consumer Electronic Product Healthcare Life Science Automotive or Industrial Products.

Familiar with SAP CRM projects
