Consultant-HR Projects, Viacom18 (1 year contract)

What will you do?

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for HR initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed efficiently, meeting predefined objectives and deadlines.
• Act as the liaison between project stakeholders, including senior management and department leaders. Facilitate effective communication, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress through data analysis and prepare detailed reports on key metrics, performance indicators, and outcomes. Use insights to make informed decisions and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to HR projects and develop strategies to mitigate them. Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills to analyze data, create reports, and deliver presentations.

Who should apply?

• Postgraduate degree from a Tier I B-school.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a services setup (non-IT/ITes), FMCG, or consulting environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to create detailed analyses and impactful presentations.
• Approximately 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, with a preference for candidates who have freelanced and are looking to return to a full-time role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
