Consultant - Learning and Development Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Learning and Development Specialist will be designing, and delivering new courses to advance the effectiveness of Kalles Group's Learning and Digital Enablement Programs. In addition to technology training and learning program design, you will assist with innovative solutions such as engaging blended learning deployments. If you are passionate about learning and development, skilled in change management, and have experience delivering a variety of learning deployments, we want to connect with you!
- Communicate with staff to encourage community participation and presentations
- Support the adoption of technology tools, solutions, and feature changes to advocate for users to support implementation, change management, and user enablement education
- Support a comprehensive learning program, using instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats
- Develop training materials to include training handbooks, awareness content, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures
- Review and compile insights to develop user journeys and customer learning paths
- Plan, and facilitate training content in a variety of settings, including classroom, online, and blended solutions
- Plan and facilitate 1:1 and small group training sessions to build workforce knowledge, skills and abilities
- Take technical details and translate for a non-technical user

- Your experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in learning enablement and/or Technical learning and development roles in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory
- Experience in enterprise IT organizational, business, and/or technical environments
- Ability to learn complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
- Ability to develop creative, visual, and innovative solutions to complex security and risk related issues
- Strong project coordination experience and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and senior business staff and management
- Presentation skills - you can confidently communicate while delivering visually engaging presentations
- Passionate in seeking knowledge and innovative solutions, you feel comfortable in tasks that requires self-learning
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Required: Microsoft Teams experience, including meetings, chats/conversations, and file management
- We'd be especially excited to talk to you if you have:
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Cloud File Storage such as SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Online learning development tools such as Captivate, Storyline, Articulate, Camtasia or similar.
- SharePoint experience
