This role focuses on building and scaling high-impact content partnerships that strengthen digital visibility and authority across third-party platforms.
You will work at the intersection of business development, outreach, and SEO-driven content strategy, identifying key publishers and securing strategic placements.
The position requires a strong mix of outbound sales discipline and relationship-building finesse to engage external content partners at scale.
You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and successful placement execution.
The environment is fast-paced, data-informed, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and performance improvement.
It is an opportunity to directly influence brand presence across search ecosystems while working closely with content and SEO teams in a remote-first setup.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive the full lifecycle of content partnerships, including prospecting high-value publishers, executing outreach campaigns, managing negotiations, and securing placements that enhance search visibility.
  • Build and maintain a structured outreach pipeline with consistent follow-ups, ensuring clear tracking of engagement, conversion rates, and deliverables.
  • Create and optimize personalized cold email sequences and outreach strategies tailored to different publisher profiles.
  • Develop scalable systems, playbooks, and templates to improve efficiency and repeatability of partnership acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal SEO and content teams to align external placements with broader authority and visibility objectives.
  • Analyze outreach performance and partnership outcomes to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies over time.
  • Requirements:

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, outreach, link building, digital PR, or content partnerships, preferably within an agency or SaaS environment.
    • Proven ability to write highly effective cold emails that generate responses and initiate conversations with external stakeholders.
    • Experience managing and closing content partnership or backlink deals with publishers, editors, or site owners.
    • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including backlinks, domain authority, search intent, and content relevance.
    • Structured and process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple outreach threads simultaneously without losing visibility.
    • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft concise, personalized, and persuasive messaging.
    • Familiarity with AI tools to support research, personalization, and outreach scaling while maintaining quality.
