Veeva Systems is looking for driven self-motivated Professional Services Consultants with a passion for empowering enterprise companies with best-of-breed cloud-based technology. Veeva’s Vault Quality helps organizations eliminate silos and accelerates the development and manufacturing of high-quality products to a greater number of patients. It is a cloud platform that unifies applications processes and partners across content management training Quality Management System (QMS) and QC lab solutions (LIMS).

As a member of our Professional Services team you will be responsible for understanding customer’s current business processes and shaping future state vision identifying and incorporating global regulatory needs translating requirements into solution design and defining global strategies to deploy our cloud-based solution across the enterprise.

This is a remote full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. It is customer-facing with occasional travel requirements up to 50% of the time.

What You’ll Do

Review and analyze existing Customer business processes and identify key process steps gaps and requirements that would impact the implementation approach
Partner with customer SMEs and business leaders to translate requirements into solutions that solve business problems and support the needs of the Customer
Provide consulting on Quality best practices and overall solutions based on requirements
Develop leverage and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and Quality product
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer
Build test and deploy configuration changes to live environments
Serve as the primary customer liaison managing communication between the project team customer and other internal stakeholders
Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (e.g. solution design and configuration data migration systems integration etc.)

Requirements

3+ years of experience in implementing Quality Systems understanding of Quality Management processes GMP Systems ownership or Software Consulting
Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant business analyst or IT lead and/or business sponsor
Experience implementing software systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designs
Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic fast-moving environment
Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Life Sciences Quality Manufacturing or Healthcare spaces
Experience with Data or Content Management applications

Compensation

Base pay: $70000 - $140000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications experience and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
