Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include custom application development and bug fixes related to improving the reliability and scalability of Servicenow Platform and ITOM application.
This includes implementing support for multiple databases adding support for NoSQL as an alternative document store integrated into the platform instrumentation of the ServiceNow platform to provide new insight into performance problems.
– Data mapping and transformation
– Create and maintain dashboards/reports
– Utilize best practices for object-oriented and modularized software.
– Actively participate in understanding customer problems determine solutions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Previous experience in the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist
– Scripting experience
– Experience in building the integrations with other applications and tools using API/Integration Hub/ FTP etc.
