We are currently looking for a Consultant, Brand Strategy to join us. Your overarching role would be to be a strong support player with an emerging voice.

• Consistently partner with various cross-functional players to contribute to multiple client engagements
• Help guide client experience and satisfaction with a responsive and results-focused attitude
• Exhibit ownership and leadership of various workstreams as part of large-scale client engagements, up to and including presentations with clients
• Tailor existing frameworks for specific client and engagement needs, as well as develop new ways to present and visualize information
• Develop and build case study content upon project completion
• Contribute to business development efforts
• Highly engaged in Monigle culture, developing trusted relationships across departments

Our ideal candidate:

• 4-8 years experience working in brand strategy at an advertising or brand agency
• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional communication stills- both written and verbal
• Expertise in developing and delivering presentations
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience leading and supporting comprehensive, complex brand programs
• Working understanding of business processes
• Experience with various research methodologies and comfort with qualitative and quantitative data
• Interest in seeing the impact of your work in client businesses and in the real world

Salary range: $71,500 - 110,000

• Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
