Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs.
• Provide consulting solutions such as organization and job design organization change talent competency modeling talent development skills.
• Project delivery and management cross-culture team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• The consulting experience on top companies of Auto Consumer energy and manufacturing industries are required.
• Good cross-culture communication and presentation skills.
• Candidate should have bilingual delivery skill.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• The consulting experience of China enterprise go-global and MNC clients are preferred.
• Master’s degree of top universities is preferred.
