Consulting Manager - Operations and PMO
Location: remote
Reporting to: Director
Employment: Full Time Temporary 6 months with possible extension
Travel: every 4-6 weeks
Are you a consultant who understands contact center operations and project and program management? We are hiring a Temporary Employee with Program Management Office (PMO) experience to be part of a CCaaS transformation project. For this engagement, you will work in tandem with other Eventus team members on a CCaaS implementation across multiple business units. You will serve as a lead project manager to assist other project managers on coordination, dependencies, and benefits alignment of a new CCaaS implementation and personnel migration for multiple departments. You will be expected to bring CCaaS vendor implementation experience and best practices for the Contact Center (strategy, operational processes, people, and change management (not technical, although this is a plus). Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies is a requirement for this large scale program.
You will develop an understanding of the current state and develop future state designs, strategies, and processes while overseeing a project that demonstrates the importance of a Customer Experience (CX) enterprise transformation to fulfill business needs and drive operational efficiencies. You know what it takes to manage a successful project because you can develop plans, drive outcomes, and build relationships. You flourish in the most challenging situations and proactively provide viable solutions to foster positive Client and Eventus results. Your attention to detail, ability to inspire others, and Client focus sets you apart from others.
Qualifications for success:
  • 8 or more years as a project and / or program management
  • 6 or more years of consulting / professional services
  • Multi-year Contact center operations experience
  • Agile experience
  • MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint to create and customize Client presentations and materials
  • Experience with technology implementations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Telephony experience preferred
  • CCaaS platforms such as CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9 or Amazon Connect preferred
  • Workforce Management (WFM) experience preferred

Applicants can expect to make between $125,000 to $160,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
