We are currently seeking a Consulting Managing Director to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

The Consulting Managing Director will work with other executives to help generate leads, solution, propose, close, drive and deliver go-to-market business consulting activities and services as a subject matter expert and thought leader advocate for both internal and external leaders. You will be a key collaborator with other NTT DATA lines-of-business/portfolio leaders, internal sales and client leadership, and clients, and will be viewed as a transformational agent driving a practice focused on delivering business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Utilize industry and business functional knowledge to design, drive and deliver transformation and practice go-to-market strategies

- Identify client opportunities and solve complex business, regulatory, and organizational challenges

- Utilize understanding of market trends to be viewed as a "thought leader" within and between industries

- Develop strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications

- Contribute to new business development efforts, defining offerings and driving go-to-market programs

- Lead and contribute to RFP / SOW efforts and proposals

- Lead a project / program team in delivering / deploying the adoption of a sustainable consulting solution

- Identify and closely follow client opportunities

- Collaborate with senior business and technology partners and C-level clients to identify trends, communicate competitive actions, and present strategic implications

- Act as an entrepreneurial leader in a growth focused environment

Basic Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience managing complex business consulting relationships within a Consulting Practice or Business Segment.

- CxO or CxO Advisory experience to include leading digital business transformations

- Organization leadership experience with an eye toward business transformation

- Experience developing business and related strategies and roadmaps

- Successful track record of successful solution and/or transformation deployments

***This role will require variable travel up to 50%.

Preferences:

- Consulting practice experience leading client engagements

- MBA degree

- Experience with both big 4 Consulting and industry

- Experience creating and presenting thought leadership and white papers
