Consulting Partner
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients executives (CxOs), identifying their business needs and delivering high-value consulting services aligned to their strategic objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of leadership connect.
Collaborate with other business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
Provide thought leadership to clients on technology trends, business strategy, and organizational transformation.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with TCS partner ecosystem, and other industry experts
Lead business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Participate in industry events, conferences and other networking activities to build organizations reputation as a thought leader in the consulting industry
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or masters degree in business management, technology, finance or a related field
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in consulting field, with a proven track record of leadership and success
Strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and deliver high-value consulting services
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Deep knowledge of the consulting industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Strong financial and budget management skills, with experience managing large budgets and driving profitability
Demonstrated commitment to ethical and legal standards, including client confidentiality and data protection.
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
